In order to pick out the correct ball mount for your 2003 Ford Explorer you will need to first determine the amount of rise/drop that you would need. To do that check out the help article link I attached.
Once you know what you need check out the other link I attached that has all of the ball mounts we offer. You will need to select the rise/drop you need from the filters and the correct ball mounts will be listed.
