Brake Controller and Install Harness Recommendation for a 2006 Dodge Durango
Question:
I have a 2006 durango with the tow package. I need a hand brake controller. Right above my brake pedal is a plug in I presume for the controller. Is it a matter of just plugging into that receptacle? Is the wiring vehicle specific? Thanks.

To install a brake controller in your 2006 Dodge Durango all you would need is the correct install harness. If you went with a Tekonsha brake controller like our best selling P2 part # 90885 all you would need is the install harness part # 3020-P.
The harness will plug into the port under your dash and then into the back of the controller and it will be wired up and ready to go.
I attached an install video for you to check out as well.
