The Stromberg Carlson Replacement Lead Jack w/ Drop Leg # LG-179013 that you referenced, is a direct replacement part for jacks from Stromberg Carlson, Lippert and Atwood. It is very likely that Keystone used landing gear from one of these companies. Usually part numbers for a jack will be found stamped into the outer tube near the bottom.
This part's outer tube does measure 29-1/2-inches tall. This part is compatible with both hand-crank and motorized landing gear and should work fine for you.
