When it comes to a trailer hitch receiver for your 2015 Hyundai Tucson, I recommend going with the Draw-Tite Class III Hitch, # 75717. I'll always recommend a Class III hitch over the Class II because it has a 2 inch receiver opening which gives you the added benefit of having more options when it comes to hitch mounted accessories. Another added benefit is that the Draw-Tite does not require the use of support straps like some other manufacturers do.
If you are still in the market for a bike rack, take a look at one of my favorites, the Thule Apex Swing 4 Bike Rack, # TH9027XT. It never seems to fail, I get the car loaded up, bikes secured, and someone needs something out of the cargo area. With this bike rack you just unscrew the knob at the back of the rack, lift up on the T-handle, and the rack will now swing out of the way. Nearly instant access!
The Apex Swing isn't offered in a 3 bike so you would have some extra room for a spare bike.
When carrying women's, children's or alternative framed bikes, you may find it easier to secure the bikes by using an adapter bar like the Swagman Easy-Out, # 64005. This bar attaches between the seat post and the handlebar stem on your bike to give you a horizontal surface to secure to.
I have attached a couple of videos for you.
