There are numerous fuses and relays used in the factory tow package on a 2010 Ford F-350. In the cab there is just one in location 33 for 12 volt power and brake controllers. The rest are all under the hood in the power distribution box.
Check the fuses/relays in the following locations: 5, 20, 21, 22, 34, 42, 44, 55, 56, and 63. Checking a fuse is easy but to check a relay the easiest way is to use a known good relay in place of a potential bad one.
