Will Towing At Near Maximum Towing Rate Damage Motor, Transmission on 2012 Ford F150
Question:
Max tow rating is 7700# max gvw 7300# My tt is 7400# loaded and gvw is 7000# I know im almost maxed pushing the limits can this be achieved safely on highway and not stress the motor / trans ? 5.0 with 3.55 gears

The closer to get to the weight capacity of your vehicle the more you are going to stress your motor and transmission, however the manufacturer of your vehicle has concluded that you can safely tow up to 7700 lbs so you will be okay.
It would also be a good idea to go with a weight distribution system with sway control like # C17075. And as close as you are to your weight capacity a transmission cooler like # D14208 is highly recommended.
