Brake Controller Installation Kit for a 2008 Toyota Highlander
Question:
I'm confused, I have a 2008 Toyota Highlander with the factory hitch and 4 connector flat pack wiring connector. I want to tow a travel trailer and need to add a brake controller and 7 pin connector. What parts wiring kit do I need to order to change to a 7 pin connector? I was looking at using the Prodigy controller from you guys it that helps. Is there anything else I need?

If you want to install the Tekonsha PRODIGY Brake Controller in your Highlander and you have the factory 4-pole, you will still need to wire your vehicle for the brake controller. Installation kit, item # ETBC7, will include everything you need, except the controller itself.
