Landing Gear Jack Recommendations for a Livestock Trailer
Question:
We have a 1995 ish Kiefer that was a livestock trailer with rustic conversions to a lq The jack is very hard to crank. Im looking at the Bulldog jack with a spring, 12k, with a pin. someone recommended two 8k jacks instead. What do you think?

If you are considering a dual jack setup like the part # BD500162 that's what I would recommend. Two jacks will offer more stability and since two jacks will be doing the lifting instead of one the cranking will be a bit easier as well.
The easiest to use setup will be a powered landing gear set though as it would only require you to press a button. For that the Reese part # RP500708 would be a great option.
