Will Taillight Kit be Required for the Pro Series Cargo Carrier 63153 When Used on 2012 Kia Sorento

Will an XL Cargo Bag paired with a Pro Series 24x60 trailer on a 2012 Kia Sorento 4 cylinder require a light kit installation?

That depends on the distance between the taillights of your 2012 Kia Sorento. The Cargo Carrier part # 63153 is 60 inches across. If your taillights are about that distance apart then they could be blocked by the bag part # 988501 so a taillight kit like part # 20174 would be a great option. This depends on how full you fill the cargo bag, but it is 24 inches tall. So when you consider that the carrier has a 2-1/2 inch rise built into the shank and the height of the bag you are looking at 60 inches in width 26-1/2 above the top of the hitch opening.
