If your the tires on your beach cruiser are no wider than 3 inches wide, it will fit on the Swagman Upright Bike Carrier, part # S64720.
If your Scion xB is equipped with the OEM roof rack, You will need to check with your owners manual to determine how much weight the existing cargo rack will carry safely. If you are using an aftermarket roof rack, the documentation included with the rack system should list the maximum weight capacity.
