what is the dimensions of the this hitch? The opening is 24wx36l with a 1/2 steel plate. Its a Ranch hauler bed on a 03 FL60 freightlinter.

I spoke with Reese about the dimensions for the Reese Low Profile Fifth Wheel Trailer Hitch # RP30054. The brackets on this hitch can be mounted facing either out or in.
When facing out, the distance from the center of the left-hand hole to the center of the right-hand hole is 25-1/16 inches. The distance from the center of the hole to the center of the hole front-to-back is 15-1/16 inches. The overall width is 28 inches, and the overall length is 17 inches.
When the brackets are mounted facing in, the center of the left-side hole to the center of the right-side hole is 19-1/4 inches. The measurement from center of hole to center of hole front-to-back is still 15-1/16 inches. The overall length is still 17 inches, and the width is 22-1/2 inches.
