I am looking for class III hitch for a 2005 Subaru Forester all wheel drive.

The only hitches we carry for your 2005 Subaru Forester are Class II like the Draw Tite hitch part # 36311. Class III hitches are usually reserved for higher capacity vehicles like SUVs and trucks.
As long as you stay under the towing capacities of this hitch 3,500 total trailer weight and 300 lbs tongue weight this hitch would work just fine.
