Roof Mounted Cargo Bag that Will Fit Between the Side Rails on a 2014 Nissan Xterra
Question:
If it only measures 33inch between side rails on my 2014 Nissan Xterra will this 36inch wide bag work ok?

Helpful Expert Reply:
RightLine Bag # RL100S20 which is 36 inches wide could fit but you would have to tuck in the bag on each side but only about 1-1/2 inches per side between the side rails on your 2014 Nissan Xterra.
When using a cargo bag I also recommend protective pad # RL100650 to not only protect the vehicle roof but to also help keep the bag in place. And another useful item is a tire step # HE4040. Using a tire step is much safer than standing in an open doorway of a vehicle.
