Since the zerk fitting of your spindle is clogged and the fittings of most spindles are hard to remove and replace you can try taking the trailer to a local trailer shop to you that has experience working on axles to see if they can unclog it.

One easy solution would be to break of the zerk fitting and replace your grease cap with a Bearing Buddy. In order to pick out the correct bearing buddy you will need know the pilot hole of your hub. To do this, remove the wheel and tire and remove the grease cap from the center of the hub. Usually it is a metal cap that is just lightly hammered into place. Use a screwdriver to pry off the cap.

Clean the grease off and measure the opening.

Or you could replace the spindle.

If this EZ Lube Spindle # TRU74FR, has the same dimensions as the spindle that is on your trailer now this would be a good replacement.

You will want to use a dial caliper to measure the dimensions of your spindle so you can figure out which spindle you would need.

I would recommend having a qualified welder remove your old spindle and install a new one.
