8 inch Drop Shank Recommendation for Reese Weight Distribution System

RP66074 I need an 8inch to use with this. What shank do you recommend? I need tongue weight 1000 lbs plus - 10,000 lbs towing

The Reese Strait-Line system part # RP66074 that you referenced would do great for a setup that has a 1,000 lb tongue weight as it has a tongue weight range of 600 lbs - 1,200 lbs and features the only sway control on the market designed to help prevent sway before it starts.

For a shank that will let you do 8 inches of drop you would want the part # RP3344.
