Hitch and Power Scooter Carrier Recommendation for 2006 Buick Rendezvous

Guess Ive read too much because I am totally confused. I have a 2006 Buick Rendezvous-no hitch, no ball. Am trying to find lift for a power scooter max weight 102 lbs. What hitch do I need and what lift is compatible? Thank you.
