Will the RSB3006 fit my F250 2003 4X4 long wheel base supercab and I already have a BandW turn over ball installed and can I adjust the height of the 3006 how much

If you have the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch, part # BWGNRK1108 installed on your 2003 F-250, we have just the fifth wheel hitch you need.
I recommend the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch, part # BWRVK3500-5W. This is a 20,000 lb hitch and has a height adjustment between 16-1/4 and 18-1/4 inches.
I was unable to find the part number RSB3006 you referenced but part # BWRVC3006 is a replacement head for the B&W Companion fifth wheel hitch and will not work with the Turnoverball by itself. If you are wanting to replace the head on your Companion fifth wheel hitch the # BWRVC3006 would work well for you.
