Install/Setup Recommendation for a Strait-Line Weight Distribution System
Question:
What would be the measurements on an 2004 Dodge Ram truck. For setting the weight distribution? Or would I have to be on level ground to do it.

Setting up a weight distribution depends almost entirely on the trailer and not the tow vehicle. You would need to get to level ground and follow the installation instructions (see link), that detail how to properly set up the Strait-Line system part # RP66074 that you referenced.
