We offer a wide range of replacement trailer lights as well as replacement lenses. The linked page will show you all trailer lighting products and you can use the filters on the page to narrow the product results by type of light, such as license plate lights.
The part number that you provided, 457011, did not return any matches so it may be a DOT code rather than a part number. Usually the actual part reference number for a trailer light will be on the base, not the lens.
If you cannot obtain a part number you can still search the available license plate lights by size, type (LED or incandescent) and brand. For example, part # LPL55CB from Optronics is a 5-LED light with plate mount and part # PM436B is a similar item from Peterson. The mounting holes on the Optronics are spaced at 3-3/8-inches while those on the Peterson are spaced at 3-1/2-inches on center.
