No Power on Right Turn/Brake Light Pin After Installing Curt Wiring Harness on 1991 Jeep Cherokee

Question:

i installed the C59236 everything works but the right blinker used a tester and it dont light when the blinker is on. on a 1991 jeep cherokee

The first thing to do is use your circuit tester to test the green wire going into the black converter box from the vehicle. If it shows power with the right blinker on then test the green wire on the output side of the black converter box. If there is no power on the output side but there is power on the input side that indicates a problem with the converter and it will need to be replaced.

If the input side does not show power when it should then there is an issue with the vehicle wiring or there could be a bent or broken pin in one of the connectors.
