Will Kats Engine Block Heater Work With 3.6 Liter Engine On 2013 Buick LaCrosse
Question:
2013 buick lacrosse. Does this heater have temperature sensing circuitry that only allows it to operate below 0 degrees? Its a must on a 3.6 liter engine.

I called my contact at Kat's and asked about the Kat's Heaters Custom Fit Engine Block Heater, part # KH11811.
This heater does have a thermostat that will only operate when the coolant temperature drops below 0 degrees Fahrenheit. This should work great for you as it does meet the vehicle manufacturer specs.
