Adapter Availability to Allow Both Trailer Sockets on 2012 F-350 to Be Used at One Time
Question:
I have a 2012 f350 with factory trailer outlets. When I plug in my truck camper I can not open the other cover to plug in my 5 prong utility trailer. Do you have a adapter plug that will except my camper plug and the utility trailer 5 prong plug. I do not want to re wire, I just want to plug it in to existing factory plug.

If your truck connector looks like Hopkins # HM40975 where the two socket covers back up to one another then your options are to remove one of the covers, to use a hardwire replacement socket like # HM48470 which allows both to be used at once, or to install a 5th wheel inline plug-in wiring harness like # 50-97-410 at the back of your existing 7-way. This would let you use the existing socket for your trailer's 5-pole and provide a 7-way for your camper connection.
Unfortunately there is no single adapter product to do what you need.
