Timbren Axle-Less System, Hub Drums and Brake Assembly Recommendation for a Travel Trailer
Question:
I am in the process of building a travel trailer. It is 6inch I beam for the main carrier and 6inch Channel for cross members. Unit weight loaded is going to be 5868Lbs with a GVWR of 7600 Tandem Axle. I am planning on installing 2 X Timbren axles ASR5200S04, 4 X Dexter Drum Hub 8-201-5UC3-EZ, 2 X Dexter brakes 23-459, 2 X Dexter Brakes 23-458. Will this configuration work? Is their a better option for travel trailer axles? Thanks

All of the parts you referenced would work well together. The Timbren Axle-Less system part # ASR5200S04 that you referenced would have more than enough capacity as it has a 5,200 lb per axle capacity. I would recommend you reinforce the frame around where the axles will be for added strength.
The brake hubs # 8-201-5UC3-EZ would fit the axles and the brake assemblies # 23-459 and # 23-458 would fit those hubs and the brake flanges of the Timbren.
