Titan 10 Actuator Replacement Shock Procedure

Question:

I have a mid 90s eagle boat trailer. I believe it is the Titan 10. It slams when stopping and taking off. Breaks to not work and I can move by hand in and out. My question is more with the disassembly reassemble. I see how it comes out per the schematic. What I am affraid of is trying to get the pins to line up when reassembling. There is no access to this. Do I have to remove the master cylender at the rear of the assembly also? Are thier any pointers for this? Thank you.

I attached the exploded parts diagram for the Titan Model 10 actuators.

To access the shock you will need to remove the brake master cylinder so that you can access everything from the rear of the actuator.

You will basically just need to access everything from the rear of the actuator and remove things from the rear of the actuator so that you can access things up front and then repeat the process as you move forward.
