Would Installing a Hitch on a 2014 Ford C-Max Interfere with Foot Sensor Tailgate Operation

After install of your hitch on a 2014 C-Max, is there any interference with the foot sensor to open the tailgate?

Both the Curt hitch part # C12092 and the EcoHitch # 306-X7200 are confirmed to fit your 2014 C-Max and are confirmed to compatible with the Hands-Free Liftgate option and would still allow you to use your foot sensor for opening the tailgate.
We have had customers install this hitch and come back and tell us that the sensor was not affected in any way.
