Which hitch and 4 bike rack would you reccommend for 2011 toyota sienna

The trailer hitch that I recommend for your 2011 Toyota Sienna is the Curt Class III Trailer Hitch, # C13105. This trailer hitch has a 2 x 2 inch receiver which is compatible with most hitch mount accessories. I have attached installation instructions and our installation video for you to check out if you plan on performing the install yourself.
For the bike rack, you have two different style options. We offer the platform style bike racks like the Thule T2 Pro XTR Bike Rack, # TH69TX. It is easier to load bikes on a platform style carrier. This carrier has an integrated bike lock and hitch lock for security and a weight capacity of 60 lbs per bike. This can be set up as a 2-bike or 4-bike version as needed.
The other style for a hitch mount bike rack is the hanging style like the Thule Hitching Post Pro, # TH934XTR. This bike rack has many great features as well including the tilting feature and anti-sway cradles. If you plan on carrying any women's, children's or alternative frame bikes, you may need to consider using a bike adapter bar like part # TH982XT. Bikes with small and angled frames can be difficult to load on a hanging style bike rack and they can cause ground clearance issues. This adapter will allow you to carry those bikes easily and safely.
I have attached review videos for each of the bike racks I mentioned and for the adapter bar for you to check out.
