There are a couple solutions to install a fifth wheel hitch on your truck.
An option would be to remove the Ride-Rite system and install Timbrens like part # TFRTT350F. The installation of these will not require a bracket with a bolt that runs through the frame rail and interfere with the installation of the # RP30126.
Another option, and the one I recommend is to install a B & W Fifth Wheel Hitch like part # BWRVK3500-5W, and the Custom Installation Kit, part # BWGNRK1111-5W. This system has an existing hole in the frame mounting bracket that the bolt head will not interfere with. You would still be able to use the Ride-Rite system you have installed in your truck and have a nice underbed mounting system for the B & W fifth wheel hitch.
If you want the under bed appearance for a fifth wheel hitch and want to install the # RP30126, you would have to drill a hole in the bracket to allow the head of the bolt on the Ride-Rite system. This would void the warranty for the hitch, which I do not recommend.
