Question:
Received tow bar with NO instructions, or hardware or packing slip. Didnt know we needed a fastener kit. Now we are stuck. We needed this done this weekend. What can you do to help us. Thanks,

I was not able to find any purchase history for you for an actual tow bar but I did find that you ordered, among other things, a trailer hitch receiver # HH87663 which is a Class III hitch from Hidden Hitch. I suspect you were referring to the hitch when you used the term 'tow bar'. Just FYI - an actual tow bar is a device used to let one vehicle pull another, such as part # BX7380.
All hitches that we sell include the specific hardware kit required for safe installation. I am sorry that this was missing from your shipment. I do see that you have already contacted Customer Service and that a replacement hardware kit, part # RHK, is on its way to you at no cost.
