Will Fifth Wheel Installation Kit Work With 2001 Ford F-150 7700 Series

Question:

does the 5th wheel hitch and mounting bars all fit a 7700series f150, its a heavy duty rear axle,8 lug and springs, i think from a 3/4 ton???

If you have the standard bed on your 2001 Ford F-150 the Reese Fifth Wheel, part # RP30051 will work well for you.

If the frame under the bed has not been changed on the truck the installation rail kit that will work for you is part # RP30035. This is a standard installation kit that includes the rails, brackets and installation hardware. I have attached a product review video for this kit you can check out.

If you need 7-way wiring for your fifth wheel I recommend the Draw-Tite Fifth Wheel and Gooseneck Trailer Hitch Wiring Connector, part # 20030. To install this connector there is no cutting or splicing required.
