For the wiring, you will need to start by installing the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness, # C56020, on your 2006 Ford Econoline 350. This will provide a 4-way connector on your van.
Next you will need to convert the 4-way to a 7-way. For this you will need the Brake Controller Installation Kit, # ETBC7. This comes with everything to make the conversion plus everything needed to install a brake controller. Check out the install videos and installation instructions I have attached for you.
As for a brake controller, I recommend going with the Tekonsha Prodigy P3, # 90195. This is a customer favorite and our best selling brake controller because of how well it works and how easy it is to setup.
