How to Manually Move Trailer Up Driveway with 12.5 Percent Grade

Question:

Have a 1,400 lb, 190 lb tongue weight, 1 axle trailer. Need to move up and down a 12.5 grade which is 17 feet long. Any suggestions about how to do manually? Tow Vehicle / Street/ Driveway combinations is very tight. Had to ask my neighbors to move their parked car the first time I tried it. Thanks,

This Rack-Em dolly has a 1-7/8-inch hitch ball, 13-inch tires and a tongue weight capacity of 500-lbs. This is the trailer dolly I would recommend.
