Recommended Backup Camera for 2004 Toyota Tundra Crew Full 4 Door Cab

Question:

What camera would you suggest? I want something that can withstand Wisconsin winters, towing a camper and/or boat. Preferably simpler to install but I prefer quality over the simplicity and will pay to have it installed if needed.
