If your 2010 Toyota Tundra came with a factory installed 7-Way trailer connector at the back then you can use wiring harness # 3040-P to install the P3 brake controller # 90195. The harness is specific to your truck. Be sure to attach the separate white ground wire to a clean metal surface. I have linked a video showing where the harness installs.
If your Tundra came with a factory 4-Way trailer connector then to install a brake controller it will have to be hardwired in. It is possible that the brake controller port is still present but I recommend just hardwiring in a 7-Way and brake controller using kit # ETBC7. I have included some links that show and explain the ETBC7 installation.
