Roof Racks for 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 Double Cab with Bare Roof

I am looking for a Thule application for my truck, I already have the long Thule square bars and am wondering if there is a way to use these bars. I see the Yakima application but I would prefer not to have to buy additional bars when I already own them.

Thule does not offer any roof racks for your 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 double cab and there is no way to adapt you existing Thule square bars to your Silverado. However, we do have options from Yakima, Rhino-Rack and others that have similar features and all of these compatible roof racks appear on the page I linked for you.

I recommend using one of the aero style racks since their bars will make less noise than all other types, including your square Thule bars. You have various bar lengths available too.

For the longest bars the rack to use is the Yakima CoreBar system that features 70-inch black aero crossbars. This system consists of parts # Y00423, # Y28TR and # Y06122 and the installation is shown in the linked video. I recommend adding lock kit # Y07204.
