How Does the Thule Interstate Roof Cargo Bag Attach to a Roof Rack
Question:
Do the 4 straps on the sides, 2 on each side, hook around the side rails or are they only for tying the bag itself down. The 4 on front and back are the ones that hold the bag to the roof. Is that right?
