Thule Roof Rack Recommendation for a 2013 Toyota Sienna

Question:

I have purchased the thule 60inch track system with the understanding it would mount onto any van, camper shell, etc. would a 2013 Toyota Sienna also be compatible? In the installation PDF I downloaded from Thule website, my specific year van was not included in the installation manual. Makes me wonder whether or not I should proceed with installation. Please advise.

For a 2013 Toyota Sienna I wouldn't recommend the track system Thule roof racks like the part # THTP54 that you referenced. This is a permanent install rack that would force you to permanently modify the roof of your 2013 Toyota Sienna.

Since your Sienna has raised rails that run front to back a much better option would be the Thule Aeroblade Edge Rack part # TH7502-TH7502. These will attach around your side rails and would work well for you without any modification to your vehicle that would affect resale value. This is the quietest rack on the market that would affect gas mileage the least.
