Replacing Cradle Parts on Rola Bike Carrier with End Caps Riveted On
Question:
I just purchased replacement parts for my carrier#59405 and 59407,after looking at the carrier,my question is , how do I remove what looks like a rivet ,so I can slide the replacement parts on carrier. Your help would be appreciated.

If you are talking about the ends of the arms at the bottom on the Rola bike carrier I have only ever seen a screw in that location. But it is possible that there is a rivet and, if so, you would have to drill it out and then replace it with a screw after you have reinstalled all of the replacement parts.
I checked the Rola carrier we have in our demo area and it has screws and not rivets.
