In order to determine if we have a replacement cover that will fit your trailer vent you will need to look at the hinge style of the old cover and also it's measurements. I have attached a picture to illustrate the different types of hinges.
I have also included a link to all of our replacement vent covers. You can use the filters on the page to narrow the search.
For example, if your current cover has a continuous hinge (kind of C-shape) and measures 14 inches x 14 inches, you could use Replacement Lid, # CAM40148. This replacement lid fits Ventline RV roof vents from before 2008 and Elixir RV roof vent from after 1994.
Unfortunately a comprehensive trailer parts book does not exist so I do not anyway of determining what vent is on your 2008 American Hauler so measuring for the cover is the best way to determine the proper replacement.
