Recommended Weight Distribution To Work With Trailer Toad When Towing Trailer

Question:

My tow vehicle is a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado 1/2 ton pickup. I intend to purchase an enclosed aluminum trailer, 24-26foot long. Empty trailer weight less than 4000 lbs. Will be hauling autos up to 4500 lbs. I will be using a Trailer Toad. It has been recommended that I purchase a Curt brand weight distribution hitch. Is the C17500 the appropriate unit for me? Are there any recommendations you may have for me? Thank you.

The Curt TruTrack Weight Distribution System, part # C17500 will work well for you when using the Trailer Toad. This system has a 10,000 lb gross towing weight capacity.
