Comparing WeatherTech and 3D Maxpider Mats for 2012 Toyota Camry

Question:

Between the WeatherTech Digital Liners and the 3D Maxpider Kagu, which will match a tan interior for the Camry better? Both companies have offer tan as a color choice, but Id like to know which matches better.

Both WeatherTech and 3D Maxpider work to closely match the various colors of their products with the auto makers' OEM fabric and trim colors. Just as the auto makers' OEM parts can vary very slightly from one production run to another, so too can the aftermarket companies' products.

It is tough to tell you which color will be closest to that of your 2012 Camry since the main reason for that color variance is that your vehicle's interior is 3 years old. Some degree of color difference is inevitable when you have 3-year-old material combined with brand new material. Even if they were exactly the same shade at the time of manufacture, they may not change with time to the same degree.

For me, the exceptionally accurate fit of the WeatherTech products like # WT454001 make them an easy choice.
