What is the Difference Between Reese Fold-Down Gooseneck Hitch 4456 and 4434

The difference between the Reese Fold-Down Gooseneck Hitches, # 8339-4456 and # 8339-4434, is the frame brackets and the vehicles they fit. Part # 8339-4456 fits 2011-2015 Silverado and Sierra 2500 and 3500 HD trucks. Part # 8339-4434 fits the 1999-2010 Silverado and Sierra 2500 and 3500 trucks. The hitch head that contains the ball is the exact same part for both hitches.

I have attached installation videos for both hitches for you to check out. If you can tell me the year, make and model of your truck, I would be happy to give you some gooseneck hitch options.
