Since there are so many vehicles the Hopkins Backup Sensor System, part # HM60100VA, we can make suggestions for running the wires but we do not have them for each vehicle.
When running the wires to the front you want to make sure you avoid any moving parts, sharp edges, or hot areas like the exhaust. Many people use wire loom like part # 39035. This is a 3/8 inch loom that measures 10 ft long. It will protect the wires for the sensor when installing.
If you can find an opening, you may have some luck running the wire inside the frame on the driver side of your Murano. I have attached a link to an installation video for a brake controller on a 2009 Murano you can check out. You may get some ideas how they run the wiring to the front of the vehicle.
