Lockable Trunk Mount Bike Rack Recommendations for 2015 Honda Civic

I have a 2015 Honda Civic sedan and want a 2-bike trunk hanging bike carrier that can be locked to the trunk and also can have bikes locked to it. Im willing to buy locks, etc. separately but want to be sure the rack is lockable.

The easiest to use trunk mounted bike rack that incorporates a cable lock and would lock to the vehicle would bed the Thule OutWay, part # TH45JV. The rack uses only 2 rubber coated straps to attach to the vehicle, as opposed to the difficult to use 6 straps and buckles that other racks use. This rack features locks for the rack and the bikes to deter theft. It is also backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

If you'll be transporting women's bikes or bikes with sharply-angled top tubes, you might also consider a frame adapter bar like part # 64005. The bar spans the distance between the handlebar gooseneck and the seat post, which provides a secondary attachment point for the bike rack. This allows the bike to be carried level, which maximizes ground clearance. I'll link you to a video showing how the adapter bar works.
