Replacement Fenders for 2001 Single-Axle Vent Trailer with 15-Inch Wheels

Question:

I am looking for replacement fenders for a 2001 Vent single axle trailer with 15inch wheels. My M1 is 34 3/4inch and M2 is 3. I dont weld but know someone who does. What would you recommend?
