Parts Needed to Install Prodigy P2 # 90885 Brake Controller in 2015 Audi Q5

Id like to connect a Tekonsha Prodigy P2 to my 2015 Audi Q5. The Q5 has a factory installed hitch package. Is there a connector already in the vehicle for a brake controller?

Your 2015 Audi Q5 does not have a quick-connect under-dash connection port for a brake controller like the excellent Prodigy P2 # 90885, but that just means you'll do a wired installation. We offer a complete kit for brake controller installation in your Q5, part # ETBC7. This kit includes a 7-way trailer socket, wiring, connectors and everything you'll need to wire your P2.

If you don't already have a working 4-pole trailer connector on the Q5 then you'll also need to obtain one from your local dealership.
