Recommended Camper Roof Rack And Bike Carriers To Carry 5 Bikes

In order to be able to carry 5 bikes and tow a small camper I recommend a roof rack for the camper and 5 roof rack bike racks. Using a hitch mounted bike rack would not work because of interference with the camper with the bike carrier.

I recommend the Swagman Roamer LT Roof Rack, part # S80510. This is a fixed-mount rack with square steel crossbars that can accommodate many accessories. The feet for this roof rack attach with the included hardware. This rack has a 150 lb weight capacity.

The bike racks I recommend are the Swagman Upright Roof Bike Racks, part # S64720. This bike rack can work with bike wheelbases up to 54 inches and wheel width up to 3 inches. No need to remove the wheel because this carrier attaches to the bike frame and includes wheel straps to help secure the bike in the rack. The rack also includes a lock to secure the bike to the rack.
