Adding a 4-Way Trailer Connector to a 2007 Toyota Sequoia
Question:
I all ready purchased the 7 way / 4 pin plug that mounts under the rear bumper but I need to wire it completely to my SUV as it does not have the towing option installed. So what wiring kit do I need to install it and a trailer brake as well? I see the wiring diagrams you have so I believe I can do it. Just want to know what else I need.

Expert Reply:
Since the 2007 Toyota Sequoia is supposed to come with a trailer connector from the factory no one makes a T-connector type of harness for the 2007 Sequoia. So you will need to hardwire in a 4-Way using a converter such as # 119178KIT. I have also included some links that show and explain the ETBC7 installation for you.
