I am looking for a trunk bike rack 2 bikes to fit a 2009 Honda Fit with spoiler.

The Yakima HangOut 2 Bike rack that you referenced # Y02637 is listed as a fit, but the Hollywood Racks version would be more suited for your vehicle due to your spoiler.
