Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator Recommendation for Converting a Surge Brake Trailer

was wondering i have a trailer with surge brakes and want to convert it to electric hyd its running 4 12inch drum brakes. I tow it with a 12 ram 2500 with a factory brake controller so which unit would work best for me thanks

All that would need to change on your trailer is the actuator. You would need to run the brake line of your trailer to an electric over hydraulic actuator like the part # HBA-10 instead of to your surge brake actuator. This actuator is compatible with drum brakes like what your trailer has.

This actuator is also compatible with your factory brake controller in your 2012 Ram 2500.
