Drop Weight Distribution Shank Recommendation
Question:
I have a weight distribution hitch similar to but not the same as the Curt C17063 system. I have it hooked up to a 2006 Kia Sedona towing a 2013 Salem Cruise Lite 184BH travel trailer. I am in the process of switching out vehicles to a 2003 GMC Yukon XL and it looks like I may need to switch to a different shank to make this work, since the hitch receiver on the Yukon is quite a bit higher. Any part number recommendations? Thanks.

Most weight distribution systems use the same hole pattern on their shanks so we have found that nearly all of the shanks out there for WD systems will work.
If you need up to a drop of 5-3/4 inches you would want the part # 17120, or if you need more drop part # C17123 which can do up to 8-1/4 inches. As long as the holes on your current shank are 1-1/4 inches apart on center this would work well for you.
